ISQ Recruitment are supporting a reputable food manufacturer in Norfolk with their search for a
Maintenance Engineer (Electrical-Bias).
Role Overview - To collaborate with the onsite maintenance team and support the production team during breakdowns and conduct preventative maintenance.
- Proactively identify engineering issues to prevent failures, minimising downtime and preserving productivity.
Responsibilities - Electrical and mechanical fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, and project work.
- Working on a variety of equipment such as conveyors, extruders, mixers, labellers, wrappers, automation controls, and PLCs.
- Project work including machine upgrades, installations, and continuous improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a similar role (food industry would be an advantage).
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge and experience (especially electrical).
- Relevant qualifications / apprenticeship.
